Obama Addresses A Joint Session of Congress
AP: U.S. President Barack Obama is set to deliver his first address to a joint session of Congress Tuesday night, in which he will reassure Americans that his efforts to revive the crisis-wracked U.S. economy will prevail and the United States "will emerge stronger than before."
In the nationally televised State of the Union-style speech, he will call on the nation to "pull together" and "take responsibility for our future," according to excerpts of his address released by the White House.
